SHIFT (Soul-Heart Integration for Transformation) Group Purpose: Many have attempted to make important change in their lives but have noticed residual symptoms and patterns that remain disruptive. In this group, members will be invited to address and process their concerns and challenges through a combination of spiritual (non-religious) and psychological approaches in order to make deeper and more lasting change. Group Format: Held Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. for 10 weeks, beginning April 3, 2019. Rev. Dr. Sally Burton is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. After serving a United Church of Christ congregation as a co-pastor for nine years, she is now specializing in Spiritual Direction. She graduated from Claremont School of Theology (M.Div 2008 and D.Min 2014) and received a certificate of completed training in Spiritual Direction from the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction (2018).
